"Never had any problems with accessing Internet, using Wi-Fi. Breakfast was always full of variety and quite delicious. Pool beach side ceiling buzz always available, even had a really busy days. I’ll be the best thing was the access to the beautiful snorkeling. You just walked right to the edge of the ocean and began to see some of the best snorkelling I’ve ever experienced."

"The pool and jacuzzi were really nice. Rated a little bit lower because the rooms are a little outdated but are still very clean. We booked two room for our family and they put us in separate buildings, which was not ideal. We loved the buffet and restaurant food. Usually buffet food is pretty bad but we liked everything we had, the meat was cooked well and all of their sauces were yummy. The beach was perfect and the workers would put up umbrellas for us. Drinks were strong and the workers were very friendly. "

"My experience was terrible and great at the same time. The front desk was great, but the bar area and the way I was treated were terrible. As a Honduran national and an American living in the USA, I expected better. Despite speaking perfect English, I was ignored and waited while they catered to foreigners. This type of behavior and actions must stop. It gives us no pleasure to inform you that your staff disrespects and discriminates against locals, Hondurans, or anyone who doesn't resemble white people."
