"I wanted to love this place and while the hotel itself was mostly great, there were a few things that left the stay bothersome and made it difficult to enjoy. Let’s start with the good: A fantastic location right off the freeway and ten minutes from the airport. Good sized rooms, great for families with pull out trundle beds. Many choices for breakfast options with staff that keeps it clean and stocked fresh. Now why didn’t I like this property? Upon check in around 5pm, the front desk staff barely spoke and did not give us any details such as breakfast times or even where breakfast would be! It was simply “what card are you using? Here you go.”… once we got to our room after a long day of driving, I went to take a shower and immediately noticed the lack of proper cleaning… there was mold in the shower, yellow stains on the bathroom floor, once I turned the shower on bugs went running, and the shampoo pump was broken… the next day, down to the pool we went! Talk about cold! And the amount of scum on the side you could write your name in! Will we stay here again? It’s possible, but I’d be packing our own cleaning supplies to do a deep clean first. "

"A cost-effective option for the outskirts of Seattle. The exterior, property and rooms are a bit worn, but all amenities were functional, it seemed clean all around and the staff were helpful. It's just off the highway, but it's quiet enough and the Renton/southern Bellevue area is pleasant enough to warrant visiting. I would choose this place again given its price and proximity to the Seattle area. "

"Staff was amazing, old hotel with lipstick paint and remodling. Rooms smell bad, loud neighbors after hours with no consequences. Pictures are NOT what the rooms actually are. "

"Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. "
