"Staff - front desk folks were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. One particular individual, Arish was the one who stood out for me. His kind, calm demeanor and bright smile calmed me when I informed him of my delayed flight. He offered a coffee and water and made sure I had a workspace at the Lounge. Lounge - I had dinner at the lounge on Tuesday evening, and the waiter was so accommodating with my dietary restrictions. He didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance or strange for asking for a customized meal. I regret not taking his name, so he too, can get recognized for his outstanding service. A big Thank you to the chef that prepared my meal just how I wanted it! Front door staff - They are all wonderful no matter the time of day, and I felt that they were always so helpful and caring and making sure that I was cared for."

"Very pleasant staff and a great breakfast. Hotel room was noisy. Could hear TVs in the other rooms and guests talking loudly in the hallway past midnight. Room was clean but quite basic. I expected more for the price. "

"Checked in at 2 AM after a very long day of travel. I fell right to sleep. About an hour later I woke as the furnace was loud and loudly. I thought I could sleep through it, but wasn’t able to. I got up to shut it off, but I’m sure the other people had all the buttons on it were smashed. At 4:30 AM I decided I was going to check out, but instead just laid their angry when I told the front desk in the morning, they just kind of said sorry."
