"Property was clean and quiet. Scenic and well forested. Cabins were neat, clean and well appointed with air conditioning and hot running water. Property difficult to find. Instructions should come with your reservations. To check into Fierrenpark Eichenwald, you must check in at Fierrenpark Fynuss, two properties down the street. No WIFI in Eichenwald as advertised, only in Fynuss. There is no Laundry Facilities in Eichenwald as advertised. There is a small laundry facility in Fynuss that can...

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
