"I loved the place, and the ladies at the front were nice. Our a/c broke mid-stay/week, and the place was booked out, so we ended up staying elsewhere part of the week, but the folks refunded me promptly for the nights we couldn’t stay. They have great pickleball courts and tons of people there to play against. If you love pickleball, this is your spot! The views are unbeatable! It’s a great location—you can walk to Mc Donald’s and Subway easily and quickly, if you don’t drive. "

Air-condition was well maintained All staff members were very courteous and helpful. Especially Fanny, who was most informed about the island and very helpful and pleasant. "We love Hotel on the Cay. It is the most wonderful place to vacation. The hotel is undergoing renovations so you will need to set that aside because you’re not in the room much anyways. "
