Hotels near Providence Hospital

"Upon check-in the front desk agent wasn’t able to help or understand with a hotels.com booking and which card would be charged, she said she needed the manager named Morgan to figure it out the next morning. We needed bed clothes for the pull out bed the night of our stay and called down to the front desk and was told, sure they’ll be up shortly. 30 mins later I went down to the front desk and the night agent is sitting there assisting a guest so I waited and when it was my turn I explained what I was looking for and she said oh yes, I wrote that down but another guest brought me a necklace to untangle and I’ve been doing that. Really poor customer service. The tile in the pool room is super slick when wet. Not safe at all. Shock if there’s no lawsuit about it. Prob won’t be back to this location. We usually like Holiday Inn Express locations but not this one. "

"Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. The bar was “unexpectedly” closed which was another reason we booked here, so disappointed again. Our room was near the bar, which was fully under construction, so not quite unexpected at all. We ordered from their room service menu - the charcuterie board looked like an airplane snack and the fries and chicken strips were Tyson, straight from the air fryer. There was no coffee in the room, you can to call and order it. I also tried to order a cinnamon roll the morning of check out and was told since I didn’t put my menu out the night before that I could not get it bc they take 3 hrs to prepare …. I know damn well it doesn’t take three hours for their nasty food. Last, but most importantly, we had read several reviews (after we checked in) about how they will enter your room without permission or even call the cops on you. I went to lock the interior lock before bed and realized the room wasn’t even equipped with a personal safety lock. Unreal. Save your money!! Go to the new margaritaville, I wish we had. "

"We just stayed in the room didn’t use any amenities. But while we were out for the day someone tried to break into our locked suitcase so when I tried to get into it this morning i couldn’t and there is marks all over the lock"

"Parking was good. Didn't use any of the amenities, but they looked good. The only thing was that we had guest above us that had kids that were running or jumping off the bed and kept us up till almost 11 pm."

"The room was clean and spacious. We stayed in the area for a wrestling tournament and this space offered more than we anticipated. Full fridge, a stove top, dishes and a dish washer. Would most definitely stay again. "

"My husband and i got the room with the king bed. The room was very clean, and spacious. The bathroom and shower were also very clean. This was a perfect location for our needs, and pretty much close to everything. We will definately use this location again."

"In door Swimming pool is nice to unwind...its quite for the most part ...it's a non smoking facility is the only thing I didnt like"
