Gf Lorinda was so friendly and was able to get me a room on the fifth floor, where my sister was already checked in. Very very clean rooms were updated and modern the bathroom. The shower was spectacular. Only one complaint bigger bath towels.

Staff was great, room was nice. The only negative (which I didn’t expect at a Hyatt) was the “micropillows”. The pillows are so small and it was so incredibly uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep well.
