"The people are good and helpful. The property amenities need to be updated along with a deep clean. The hot tub is really a warm tub and the power of the jets with 10 being forceful is two. Elevator when it gets to 4th floor it feels like the hardware is going to snap and come crashing down. Unsure if this is throughout the property, but my bed was so soft with pockets of some firmness - but if it was property I’d replace it. There were what appeared to be very small ants in and around the bathroom. This is personal preference, the bathtub felt unclean (may only be age of unit). Most of the towels were frayed. The curtain was great making it dark for sleep. Quiet property which for me is good. Parking good. Laundry worked well. Staff friendly and accommodating."

"I came with them understanding it was under construction. No noise to disturb my peaceful rest. Away from it! This will be a wonderful spot when complete. Then it will be premium price. So I liked my sneak peak! Would love to see it during a ski trip. Nice plunge for the ache of skiing. The spa was nice and hot. Views of snow capped mountains and Swiss inspired hillsides were memorable. Nearby access to The Crater was a neat experience! You must prebook separately but they will golf cart you to it! Such nice warm, natural hot spring. Cool story to its’ discovery."

"Very clean, comfortable, excellent service, convenience, price, everything. After staying in so so or down right crappy hotels, this was a breathe of fresh air. Parking lot was small but the front desk agent was very accommodating in helping us fit in a spot. "

"Property is super dated and pretty rough. Carpet is stained beyond black on the stairs, shower had multiple leaks, tub was in disrepair. This place was probably nice 50 yrs ago, but is past due for a refurb. Bed was clean. Staff was amazing. Classic case of you get what you pay for."
