"We had a fantastic 10 days at The Edgewater, staying in a Garden Villa as a family of four. The villa was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family. The resort has such a welcoming, laid-back island atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely wonderful: warm, friendly and always happy to help. We loved the beautiful grounds, easy access to the beach, pool and resort facilities, and there was plenty for the whole family to enjoy. A wonderful base for our stay in Rarotonga. We made some very special family memories here and would happily stay again. Meitaki ma'ata to the Edgewater team! 🌺🏝️"

"We were staying in the 3 bedroom villa it was nice but very isolated. It was a good 5 minute drive away from resort. We could use all resort facilities but for charging resort prices it was more of an air B&b and was miss leading advertising Once morning after breakfast kids wanted to just in the pool, So I went to get them resort towels and the lady behind the desk said Don’t you have towels in ur villa you meant to bring them with you when using the pool. I said well I’m not driving down the road to get 1, she ended up give them To me but said next time bring your ones that’s what they are for. I Wouldn’t stay here again I brought my concerns up to staff on arrival and I was dismissed saying that’s all the available rooms they have left. Over all all it was a nice resort staff here very welcoming and nice to our kids"

"Very helpful and considerate staff members. Very spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and beach towels supplied. Good selection of DVDs and books in a library. Also water equipment supplied. Easy access to beach. We saw some great whale activity while we were there. Great for sunsets too. Sue was great in securing us a rental car. Great restaurants and cafe in the area."
Lagoon Breeze Villas

"We stayed as a couple and I could see that it would suit a family very well also. Plenty of room in our villa, generous supplies such as milk, tea, coffee, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal & toast in the open air cafe which is situated right next to play area for kids, handy for families. Staff so friendly and helpful. There is a small bakery and takeaway/cafe within walking distance but closest bar or restaurant would be 2km away. I would advise first timers to Cooke Islands to pre book your own transport. (you really need it!) The villas are well equipped for self catering if you choose to do that. Safe snorkelling just across the road with shallow waters and plenty of colorful fish. Lagoon Breeze also had reef shoes, snorkels, masks and fins to borrow which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lagoon Breeze Villas!"
