Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, if a bit squeaky. Bedding was clean. No A/C so it was a bit warm but there was a fan. Lobby was nice and had guest bathrooms. I bit far to walk to the city core, but a quick uber ride. City bus stop right outside hotel entrance.

Had a great time at Collection O Las Iglesias at Cholula. Great location (5 min. walk to the Zócalo). Staff was very friendly and helpful when checking us in/out. Our room was very clean. The hotel has a very good restaurant which offers breakfast and lunch at very good prices. Overall we had a great time!

20 minutes away from thr Airport. Buffet was very good ! They have serceity 24/7 on the property very friendly . They also have a pool and a small playground for the kids. Hotel it self is very clean . If you go walking around you will find bakery aor of small stores highly recommended this hotel.

The hotel was clean. Food in dining room was fine. Very poor lighting in the room- they need to add some lamps.. not able to read in the evenings. We had problems getting a taxi.. and on departure, there was no taxi available.. left us stranded with no solution.. staff had no solution. They also failed to give us our wake up call..luckily we had our own alarm on our phone.. when we went to check out at 5:30 am.. there was no overnight staff..just a doorman. Wouldn’t return.

Old and shabby. Only 2 drawers to place clothes that were very small. Fan and blow dryer did not work. One of the buttons in elevator was broken. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was close to marketplace and restaurants. Would not stay there again.
