The location was perfect since it is right next to the airport and we had a very early flight. Hotel provided free taxi service to the airport as well, which was a major plus for us! Guest services was excellent, check in and out was easy and efficient. I made an error prior and booked the wrong date and within an hour, I got a full refund to rebook again. Rooms were clean and security around the whole hotel and parking lot made me feel very safe. The only cons were the sound proofing were not very super good, but overall the hotel served the purpose of our stay. Will definitely return again. Thank you team at hotel! 😀

The hotel is small but cozy. Its rooms are modern and clean. Quiet and relaxed during my stay. Convenient near the airport, they take you to it. Excellent option if you are going to travel the next day.

It's a great option if you need to stay close to the airport. There's no restaurants or transportation easy to access, however the hotel service finds ways to help you.

I really enjoyed my two time stay with them. The staff was very friendly and nice, especially the receptionist. On our last stay the receptionist gave us free breakfast meals to go, although we didn’t book our room with the breakfast included. Also, rooms look very clean and well sanitized. I would most likely recommend this place, and will definitely book with them again for my next trip to Puebla.

Excellent service. They came to the airport quickly to pick me up. Room was much nicer than expected. Restaurant was open till 10 pm thankfully as I arrived late. Had the pizza, which was a frozen pizza warmed up, but okay. Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Highly recommend for a hotel near Puebla airport.

Everything was perfect with hotel, super friendly and helpful staff! they were willing to give it all up without us even asking! One thing I do recommend and changing the aa equipment, it has a light that illuminates the room when lights are off and it is no a good thing. besides that, it was a great stay!

There was some confusion, but it all worked out. We missed our flight from LAX to Monterrey so we arrived in Puebla a day late. I spoke with a lovely young lady and although we struggled with our language barrier, I told her we would be there the next day and she agreed so I thought we were covered. We arrived in Puebla the next night and I called for the shuttle and they told me there wasn't a reservation under my name and they were full. He still sent the shuttle and we finally got it. The shuttle driver was excellent as was the front desk attendant once we arrived. He took care of us and they moved SO much luggage. We were very grateful. It was a difficult trip and they were very good to us. All of the people we interacted with in Puebla were excellent. Thank you!

The hotel didn’t have anyone to pick up from the airport, it was raining heavily. During breakfast, the waitress was rude and kept giving odd looks when we would ask for assistance.

I'd give it a 9+++. Service and cleanliness were great. Room with the refrigerator helped us save on meals. The service in the restaurant was wonderful. The only slight problem was the noise from the factory in back, but it wasn't bad at all if you kept your window closed at night. I swimming pool would have made it a perfect 10.
