Principalmente que tiene elevador porque fui con mi mama y requiere no subir escaleras, el personal amable, la habitacion limpia, incluye cafe, me gusto que esta en el.centro historico, a 2 cuadras del zocalo. Cercanos bancos, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. El precio muy accesible. El unico detallito fue que el internet es muy lento y no funcionaba bien en la habitacion, pero no fue problema para nosotras.

La habitación muy linda, para ser individual,tiene todo lo necesario, la cama muy cómoda, baño limpio. Fue perfecto. La atención y amabilidad del personal, excelentes, y la ubicación ni se diga, definitivamente un buen hotel.

Para una noche está bien, la habitación era la del fondo y tenía unas ventanas diminutas, la limpieza bien y la atención del personal también, lo que no me gustó es que se escucha demasiado ruido, los carritos de las que hacen limpieza, escuchaba los ronquidos de la habitación de enfrente, se escucha absolutamente todo, no hay privacidad y descanso

Podrían mejorar en el trato hacia sus clientes, la señora de la recepción fue un poco grosera. No sé si por reservar por Expedia asignen las habitaciones más alejadas y pequeñas o es que todas seas así. Está muy bien ubicado el hotel, pero jamás regresaría con ellos.

La habitación y el baño muy limpio. El estacionamiento esta a unas cuadras pero la caminata es bonita. El personal muy amable y la ubicación muu buena. Tráfico alto por las fechas.
