"Staff was wonderful! The rooms needed updated. The beach was nice but alot of seaweed. Breakfast was nice and enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Not a lot to do for teenagers especially in the evenings. "

"Terrible manager service he was rude, racist and direspectful. Abused his power got loud with my husband and said he’ll get us thrown us. And that’s what he did we stayed one night. Paid for 3. No refunds Ntn. We had to find another accommodation mid trip while being pregnant. "

"Our stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise was great! The resort itself was well maintained, and I liked the feel and set up of the place. The staff was great, and the dining experiences were good. I would say what made our trip exceptional was our butler Alan! He definitely went above and beyond! Any requests that we had he took care of, and always just checking in to make sure we were always ok. That was greatly appreciated so definitely special shout out to Alan!"
