The hotel is slightly on the more "worn" side, but it was clean and acceptable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool/beachside bar and restaurant was delicious and the staff were so kind. The beach area, while small, is lovely and was not overcrowded. Pedro was very accommodating and gave us great advice on money exchange, restuarants, etc.

The staff working at reception spoke good English and were friendly. We were especially impressed with Jeronimo who deserves a mention. Our tub had a leak, so we were unable to use it. Our shower had very low water pressure. We tried to watch Netflix, but the internet kept dropping signal and would freeze or drop signal altogether. We felt the 2 hotel restaurants were way overpriced for what you get, but there are many other restaurant options if you walk around, some more reasonably priced than others . I enjoyed snorkeling at the site and if a person isn’t an experienced snorkeller, the water is very shallow, you could almost stand anywhere in the sheltered area. There are lots of fish around the barricaded area. For swimming, use the pool , too shallow in the ocean.

Let’s say 3.5. Outdoor space was fantastic. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Con- no coffee maker in room or lobby for that matter. No cold water one morning. Wanted to call front desk and even if phone was on desk, there was no Jack to plug it in. So much for 911. We appreciated water bottles, Apple and banana when we arrived but they were not replaced for the rest of the stay. Hats off to dj by the pool. Choice of music was fantastic.
