"The transportation from hotel to airport had a problem, because the drivers aren’t able to enter to the hotel lobby to call the passengers and some passengers need to take taxis. In my experience. I was in the Lobby one hour before the pick up time and never the driver call me, when I going to make complaint the representative person of the transportation company told me that the driver filled a no show report with the name of bell boy completely false. I was lucky the a bus from other company accepted ride me to the airport after transportation company request for solving my problem. "

However I wish it was communicated or advertised somewhere that Xoximilco and Xel Ha was a great distance from Xcaret Arte Having an hour plus trip there and back wasn’t in my schedule and took away time from enjoying the Xcaret Arte property as I had planned. I definitely will be taking another trip to Xcaret Arte! "
