"We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"We like the area and the building. However there was no hot water and the person at the front desk thought it was not necessary. There were no blankets, no bathroom carpet, no towels in the kitchen and no beach towels. After a request they send us beach towels."

"The property itself was beautiful. The pool and the security guards were awesome. Besides that it was terrible. My family and I arrived to a dirty apartment the sheets smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. The sink had hair and the shower was clogged with hair. There was a leakage in the kitchen the washer wasn’t working. And after I sent them pictures and videos, they told me I had to pay for cleaning service. "This is a fabulous hotel on the beach, in Rodadero, a few few miles, south of the city of Santa Marta. Our room, and it seems all the rooms overlooked the pool, which is in front of the beach. It is a magnificent view of the beach and the ocean and islands and surrounding hills. Every morning you can wake up and walk out to the beach and go swimming, or the pool. The room had good Wi-Fi air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, which I love. The staff was very friendly. Every morning we had a great breakfast to get started on whatever we decided to do. it is a short walk to the restaurants or bars in Rodadero, or a short taxi ride to Santa Marta. There is a bar near the pool. That serves cocktails and or beer and snacks.The hotel is right next to the boats that can take you to Playa Inca, Inca, or playa blanca Perry. We took a taxi out to Bahía playa Concha. That’s a really spectacularly beautiful beach. We ate dinner at the hotel the first night, but I would not recommend the food we had that night. I don’t think you can find a better beach hotel in the area. "

"Room was not huge but it was very clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well and so did the in-room safe. When I arrived the AC took forever to cool the room, but once it did, it worked fine. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is very close to the beach, and to the ARA where you could get beer and guaro to carry around. There's a stairway to get into the hotel; however, if you really need it, there's an elevator they'll set up for you. Overall a very good stay."
