"The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

"The staff was wonderful, the breakfasts and coffee were delicious. Our room was fresh and clean upon our return from sightseeing every day. And all of the touristy places are within easy though hilly walking distance. We walked everywhere all 3 days. We Highly recommend this location for the quiet and easy access to the Parroquia or to San Antonio or to the Parque less than a half mile from the entrance to the hotel. We would stay here again and again."

"Our stay at Hacienda El Santuario was amazing! Staff was very kind and responsive to all questions and anything that we needed during our stay. They helped us arrange transportation to/from the Queretaro Airport, we used laundry services, booked a couples massage, and my boyfriend even arranged a marriage proposal on their rooftop! Truly a wonderful experience and they're not far from the main plaza so definitely a highly recommended stay!"
