"We had an excellent time at this hotel. There was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was that I found that the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I think the mattresses are due a change. But other than that the hotel was excellent."

"The weather was lovely averaging on 22 degrees everyday (30th Dec to 5th Jan 2024). The apartment was lovely and very clean. We had a lovely sea view. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The beach is about an 8 minute walk away. The only negative I have is that our room wasn’t ready from 2pm like stated. I would definitely return for another stay! Great value for money. "

"This holiday was a very last minute option for me and my husband, we booked it on the Monday evening and went on the the Tuesday. The Maribel apartments in Puerto del carmen was one of the cheapest options and it suited us both fine. "Absolutely loved this hotel. We were on a half board basis but everything was provided in the kitchen if self catering. Bungalow was lovely and right by the bottom pool. Television only had bbc news in English but you're on holiday and can catch up when back home. Food in restaurant was delicious and had different theme every night."

"We stayed in the Villa, which is slightly detached from the main Apartment Complex. Very modern, clean and well equipped, with daily cleaning and towel replenishment. The apartments are only a few minutes walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen, and a decent sized Supermarket and restaurant/bar only meters away."

"It’s a practical room , pretty big, with nice sofa and little fridge. The hotel is by the sea and beach, which is best thing for me. The other great thing is all the waitresses and waiters and specially the chefs ( Tony and Luis and a lady waitress I forgot her name) are so friendly and so lovely and helpful! I am here working and competing so being in a quiet, practical and relaxing place is just what I needed."
