Some hotels encourage local arts into their space, this one didn't, I like to bring home the hotel note pad and pen as a reminder but the rooms were spartan and impersonal, although our accommodation was of excellent size. We rarely got a pool sunlounger as they pool area was too small for the size of the hotel, which was half empty when we were...

"Breakfast time very noisy around busy times , otherwise good facilities , apart from no courtesy room on check out if late flights . Plenty of sunloungers , everything clean and staff friendly. Limited restaurants in vicinity if not all inclusive and staying more than a few nights. "

"Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning."

"It was ideal for our holiday, very quiet relaxing, pool very nice. If you wanted to stroll down to the front it was a 10 minute walk till you arrived at the Casino and restaurants, or €3 in a taxi to Matagorda or Los pocillos. "
