Staff at reception were very accommodating and a pleasant to deal with. We had our flight cancelled on Bondi airlines so our arrival was delayed a day but they were very helpful. And we were happy when a long day at the falls there was some “water” refreshment when we got back to the hotel. We thought it was water but it was a tasty alcoholic drink!

Nice and Convenient Hotel in Puerto Iguazu

The hotel is located close to two of the town's dining and shopping areas - less than 10 minutes walking. The staff is very engaging, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are a little dated but serves their purpose of providing safe and comfortable space to rest up for your next adventures.

We loved how helpful the staff was as far as parking our car in their free garage, places to eat including visiting the hummingbird garden, and setting up times to enjoy their yummy buffet breakfast. Our only complaints were that the rooms are smaller and older and eggs on the buffet would be a nice touch. Otherwise, this place is adequate for a couple of nights when visiting the falls!

This is a beautiful little hotel with easy access to restaurants and activities. The staff was incredible!! Friendly, attentive, and conscientious. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Iguazú. It is not highly luxurious but is lovely, clean, and comfortable. It is a GREAT value. And did I mention that the staff is incredible?

Overall not the greatest. The room was very beat up (some stains on the wall, peeling paint, etc.) Also the wifi did not work very well in the room. I struggled to do thinks like send a text. Breakfast also was not great. However it did look like one of the nicer hotels in the area from the outside

Very helpful manager and staff.

This hotel was an excellent choice for us being close to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool after a long hot day at Iguazu Falls. The hotel stored our luggage and allowed us to relax by the pool until it was time to go to the airport. Breakfast was very nice.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Iguazu. Der Busbahnhof, von dem aus man zu den Wasserfällen fährt, ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Geldautomat und ein Supermarkt sind ebenfalls in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Das Hotel ist ruhig, die Zimmer liegen abseits der Straße. Das Hotel ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Wasserfälle zu besuchen

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Hotel Jardin de Iguazu. The hotel is in centre of Puerto Iguazu, close to some of the best restaurants in town. All members of staff were outstanding, very helpful and made our stay a memorable one. The hotel offers a taxi-service which I highly recommend using, especially if you are only in town for a couple of days. Our driver - Gaston (aka Robert De Niro) - was professional and a pleasure to be in the company of. The hotel is great value for money and made our stay in Iguazu that extra special.
