It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great.

Location not even close to where Expedia says it’s at. Construction noise all around. No hot water. Bed hard as rock. Long walk to center of town Sink had no handles. Over all wouldn’t recommend it.

The room lacked decor and was very plain. The apartment was missing some basic supplies like hand towels, bath mat, paper towels, dish drying rack etc.. The cookware was of very low/poor quality. The view to the shipyard was a surprise. Finally, there is HEAVY construction all around the apartment making it unpleasant to stay in the apartment during the day time.
