4/10 Poor

"This is our fifth time staying at this hotel the last two times experience has gotten bad. There is no towels available in the room we have to go down and request towels. We have found a lot of hair on the floor and the room has a strong alcohol smell that I'm assuming is coming from what's used to wash the bedding or mop the floor. Location is good but will try other hotels close by."

"There was no air conditioning but it was fresh so that wasn’t an issue. The staff were not friendly and didn’t know what they were doing. The person “helping” with the luggage was only helping the people who he thought had money. He started getting mad at me on everything I was doing even though I was getting my own luggage. He got mad at me for where I parked my car so I moved it where everybody else had their car and he was still getting upset at me. at one point he almost started yelling until he heard my husband on the phone. he calmed down after and pretended I misunderstood him. Once I was about to leave I saw him being super friendly to others that had their car where I had mine even though he said I couldn’t be there. My car was where all the cars were to take out their luggage. The people in the front were rude in general. Even the people who park your car were biased. They helped A lady with a really big truck that was behind us and the people who parked cars helped her find parking underneath the hotel. They even parked her car and they made us park somewhere outside the hotel without security. It was my first day in Mexico and they really made me feel unwelcome and a burden. The hotel itself had a beautiful room and nice cleaning staff. Other than that I would’ve given it a 0 stars but it’s not the hotels fault it had bad staff."
