I had a great stay! The staff was very kind and on top of things, the dinner food was really good! We always saw the staff helping us or other and cleaning up areas on the property to keep it pristine!

Would not want to leave the property but they have most every you need on the grounds. Staff is amazing and no one pressures you to buy things. A big shout out to Franklin, he was a blast to meet. Fun pool parties a plus

Expedia definitely misrepresented this property. It's so unfortunate that they lie to get people to go there. When you're in another country you're very hesitant to change resorts because you don't know your surroundings. I trusted Expedia to make sure I had a room that was clean and safe. On both accounts I was very very wrong. When I contacted Expedia they said they were unable to reach anyone at the resort but they would happily refund my money if I wanted to go someplace else. I did not go anywhere else because I did not know where to go. My room was totally disgusting and needed updating desperately. I am very very disappointed

Everything was so good to the last day of my 5 days trip the staff offer me go get a member ship to ve a part to one of the resort called Senator they say to if you take this walk you participe on one week riffle on punta cana Syster resort is walk and conversation of 90 mnts. Yo show the new building But want I saw I spend 3 1/2 hrs of my time and I let it know that I don’t want to be a part of the member ship the manager called Yunior he was so mat my wife ask about a riffle that they Offer and he told my wife you don’t need it you can pay on you own
