"The staff was not trustworthy at the receptions and guest relations area. I was told to upgrade to have a king size bed , even thought I paid for a junior suite . None was available on the main floor as my partner is in a wheel chair . I did the the upgrade , still didn’t get the king size bed as the elevator wasn’t working to get to the floor. Then was told it was for the bathroom space, that still didn’t acc"

"Book elsewhere or you will face many trails and tribulations. I started reading the reviews after booking and I wasn’t able to cancel so I decided to be optimistic. But EVERYTHING I feared took place down to the bugs inside of my husband suitcase, leaking ceilings, my daughter vomiting all afternoon and night after she ate lunch, room transfer. It was truly an exhausting experience. "

"All of the food was good, but the service was inconsistent. The bar was frequently backed up, and waitstaff were often unavailable. What’s surprising is that I visited 15 years ago, and my mom was there 20 years ago—yet nothing seems to have changed. The buildings are aging, and the rooms feel outdated."

"Room was excellent, view to the beach! Shower was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Overall, the staff was friendly, attentive and was a good experience. Restaurant food was good too. "

"THE BAR STUFF TRIED THE BEST WITH WHAT THEY GOT. ROOMS AIRCONDITION WORKED FINE.IT WAS NOT HOT AT THE TIME MY FREND AND I WERE THERE.IT'S ALL ABOUTH THE MONEY THERE. OUT FRIDGE IN THE ROOM WAS EMPTY. I NEEDED TO COMPLAIN FOR 3 DAYS FOR ANGIE TO SEND SOME WATER AND BEER.SAME THINK WITH THE ROOM CLEANNING. I NEED TO ASK."
