"The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive. However, our arrival was slightly marred by an issue: all electrical outlets in the room were not working. Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. They quickly ensured the maintenance team fixed the problem completely. The only minor drawback was the somewhat inconvenient location, making transportation a bit tricky if you didn't have your own vehicle. However, the quality of the property certainly compensated for this."

"Beautiful location. Booked well in advance from abroad. The hotel was overbooked for the long weekend we were there. They sourced us alternative accommodation in a farm close by but it was less than ideal when traveling all day with children. We had breakfast at the hotel and compensated us with a free dinner on the last day. When we did get access to the hotel on the last day of our stay, they never provided towels despite us asking for them. It’s a beautiful location and Norcasia has a lot to offer but they need to learn how to run a hotel!"
