Great spot!

Hotel and staff were amazing. It was quiet but only a 5 min walk downtown. Room was very nice. Pool was great. Only bummer is power went out a few times but that’s not the hotel just the area. Looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay and yoga at this beautiful place! Great location and they share paddle boards and surf boards for free which is so nice! Our only complaint was that one of the other guests in another room was sick in the night and the noise echoed right into our room. It is not the fault of the property but the sound really travelled.

A divine experience!

My surf buddy and I absolutely enjoyed our surf retreat at Anjali. Perfect spot to chill with amazing ocean views and away from the hustle and bustle of the plaza. The manager Rafael helped connect us with Yovani Garcia (Aramara surf shool) - highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stoked! Can't wait to go back. This one definitely hit the spot.

This property is so perfect for a peaceful getaway!! It’s nestled in a hill, above town where you cannot hear a single thing, and once you walk into the streets of Sayulita, you’re greeted with the beautiful noise of people and music. Our room was perfect - overlooking the ocean. We loved that there weren’t any electronics to distract us. The room was spotless and so cozy. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were top-notch. We really appreciated the daily continental breakfast as well! It kept us full throughout the morning, and was light enough for us to have a large lunch in the afternoon. The staff were incredible. Kind, responsive, accommodating, and friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!

as much as i don’t want to tell you about our little hidden secret here i have to rave about how amazing this place truly is. this was our second time staying here and it was even better than the first. i can’t say enough great things about the staff, they recommend and help you so much more than just the your hotel stay while you are there. the property is absolutely stunning and it’s a 5 min walk into downtown sayulita yet still tucked away in the jungle. they can easily set up yoga and private massages just steps from your room which i take advantage of every time. the property is small and intimate so you get to really run into + have amazing conversations with other travelers staying at the property. there is honestly not one thing i could find wrong with this hotel and i feel like that says a lot.

Overall, the hotel was great, but the hotel manager charged us $12K USD instead of 12K Mexican pesos. This has been a nightmare to deal with since my bank has been trying to confirm with them the charge, but they have not helped at all. They haven't even tried to correct the charge on their end either, so the bank hasn't removed the charge from my card statement for months and I am afraid that this is going to affect my credit score.
