"What a fabulous stay at the Hotel San Tropico in the Marina area of Puerto Vallarta! Extremely easy to get to from the airport (8-10CAD) and in a lovely, quiet and beautiful residential area. A little far to walk to the grocery store but if you're into walking, it's great. There is a public bus you can jump on that will take you to the main highway for 10 pesos! A couple of issues with the door to my room and the toilet flushing that were addressed when brought to their attention. Charming and historical feel with lots of art pieces and beautiful grounds."
