Bad Service, Bag Opened, Great Location,Won't Stay
Checking in was awful. There is no front desk here and the phone number noted on the front door wasn't in service. My boyfriend ended up wandering down the street and by chance found someone who could help us. It didn't make for a great start to the vacation. Once we were in, it was very nice and clean. Throughout the stay though, I noticed that the cleaner went through my bag. Nothing was taken (I don't think) but there was no point of going through my bag, so that didn't feel good. Also, I was charged more than I should have and was told it was taxes by the person checking me in, but when I went back to my documentation, I saw I was already charged for taxes. So I have now emailed 3 times and no one has gotten back to me. So it appears management cannot be contacted in any way, if their number is out and apparently they don't respond to emails. This is all very sketchy and I would not consider staying here again, even though it was perfectly located.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
This is a great place to stay in Sayulita. Highly recommended.
Tastefully decorated. Beautiful artwork throughout (some of the same artists in the gallery downstairs).
Very clean.
We had the king room, which is very spacious and has a nice balcony.
Shared kitchen and living room.
Good central location.
Very nice and confortable hotel , big rooms and very quite, the only bad thing is the place for the breakfast, it s very very small and the only thing included is a poor poor dish of fruit with a coffee or a bric juice and they waste long long time For having such a poor breakfast.
It should be better not having the breakfast included, we preferred to have breakfast in other place
We loved our room so much we booked an extra night
We loved our room so much we booked an extra night! This is not a traditional hotel - there is no front desk, but someone meets you to check-in and provides you with your own code to the front door and your room. The gentleman that showed us our room was very helpful and friendly. There is a shared kitchen/living room area which is really nice if you want to eat-in or just hang with friends. If you don't need/want front desk services, I highly recommend!
