The staff at this hotel “Hard Rock Vallarta” truly goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The servers in the restaurant provided outstanding service, the bartenders were brilliant, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless every day. We enjoyed the pools. Food is good variety of selections and room service is quite convenient. The benches by the beach are said to be rented but couldn't find where to register or pay. The room can hear noise from the neighbor room that's attached. Not sure the couples were just loud. Good thing they're noisy just one night. Overall we enjoy the stay.
