Beautiful little property for a night or two. Staying on the north end really helps if you like a quieter environment during nighttime. A bit of an uphill walk to get to but the place is super clean and comfy.

What a lovely place! We really enjoyed our stay. A little North of the busy downtown, easily walkable (but better and more fun with a golf cart!), clean and quiet. There were always beach chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the beach, daily room cleaning, and any questions were quickly addressed by the manager (we used WhatsApp to communicate once we arrived in Mexico). Thank you for a great stay in Sayulita!

This is good property with walking distance to beach. However, It is not ideal for people with disabilities as you have to take a few steps to the first floor and then walk down a street that is relatively steep. They were great with communication. If you need to purchase grocery just ask staff and they will assist. Restaurants were located about 10 minutes away.

Great Spot!

We had a fantastic stay at Mar y Suenos Suites! Very villa like feel. Not fancy but very comfortable and very clean. Went to sleep listening to the waves every night. Sabrina was a super communicative and helpful before and during our stay. It is a little bit of an uphill walk on cobblestone streets from town. We opted to rent a golf cart (which Sabrina set us up with) for a few days. The pool is small but perfect for a cooling off dip and float. The rooftop view is beautiful. We had a wonderful week there.

As described with lovely amenities!

We only stayed for one night but would’ve easily stayed longer. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the center of Sayulita and nestled in a developing area. We stayed in a deluxe suite and I appreciated the kitchenette area (microwave, induction burner with pan, sink, fridge, utensils, etc). It was roomy, clean, and comfortable. A/C and ceiling fan worked great and we took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. Staff was able to check us in early and we loved the cat (Luna) who kept us company at the pool & jacuzzi. Ha!

I was able to check in early which was great. Room needed some maintenance which the hotel did promptly when asked. But - there was no lock on the window and only a door knob lock on the door so I didn't feel safe. Bought some wire to wire the window shut at night. Kitchen was minimally stocked... not enough to actually cook in it but there was a microwave to heat up any leftovers you had. Not a bad area... about a 10 minute walk to the closest beach and about 15 to town. Relatively quiet.

The room was great. The rooster crowed at 6- 630: am everyday. Continental breakfast was not until 8:30 am It could be served earlier. Everyone was woken up.

Great stay.

Really nice boutique hotel on the north end. Everything is walkable in Sayulita. Its quiet, safe and has a nice private pool and jacuzzi. Staff is excellent.

Cute hotel, even better staff

Adorable hotel, kind and accommodating staff. We loved that it was away from the craziness of the main area in Sayulita. There is a lot of walking, but it was helpful after all the Al Pastor tacos :)

We had to extend our stay because we were so comfortable at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to whoever wants to come to the hustle and bustle, but then end up at a quiet area when you’re ready to rest.

This hotel is a small boutique hotel in an amazing area and literally steps to the beach! The room is small, clean and has access to a rooftop with the most incredible views. The pool isn’t huge so we didn’t really use it, but otherwise, super nice!
