I would not like anyone knocking at my door either that early in the morning. That is why I am so thankful that all motel/hotels have Do Not Disturb Sign for the very reason. I am so sorry the staff bothered you that early in the morning.

We don't like ants either so rest assured, we addressed that issue immediately and appreciate your understanding in having to move to a different room. Unfortunately when there is an event and the property is full, it can get a little noisy but as you stated, by 10pm we strictly enforce quiet time. It is important our guests get to enjoy their sleep. Snoring we can't do too much about though but keep in mind we offer noise machines and ear plugs if a guest next door is sleeping "too" soundly...

Thank you Robert for this great rating. While most rooms do not have a stovetop, we do have a limited number of rooms with one. As such we do not advertise or offer these rooms as kitchenettes and therefore do not provide supplies for them. It is our intent to eventually phase them out. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

Dustin, we are sorry to see such a review and regret any inconvenience experienced. We are confused - at almost 12:30 in the morning, we had to help you with getting into your room despite the fact that you had the correct code. That seems like great customer service. Instead of writing a fictional story, perhaps stick to the truth. Thank you.

Oh no - this is awful and we are so disappointed to hear about these issues! Interestingly, you stayed 4 nights and yet did not share any of these comments while you were here?? Despite that, we do appreciate you bringing things to our attention like the noisy baseboard so that maintenance can fix but did not see any of the other issues mentioned.

We do not offer breakfast during the week/weekends when our rate is low as we try to provide the best rate and offering a breakfast just increases that rate.
