"일단 사장님이 너무 친절하세요! 숙소에 딸린 CU사장님도 겸하고 계신데 거기로 가서 체크인하면 돼요. CU는 9시까지고요 꽤 커서 이것저것 많이 있더라구요. 숙소안에 주방 후드가 없어서 고기구워먹으려면 바베큐를 신청하셔야해요. 근데 강원도인 이슈로 벌레가 너무 많음ㅠㅠ 모기향 소용없다는 말씀이 무슨말인지 이해했어요^^... 다 굽고 후딱 들어와서 영화보면서 먹었어요~ 하지만 귀여운 냥이들도 많아요❣️ 숙소는 사진 열심히 보다가 소파베드가 있는 B-203호로 골랐는데 펼쳐놓고 고기랑 술 마시면서 티비보기에 아주 딱이었고요. 거기서 술마시다가 이불갖고 내려와서 티비보다가 잤어요. 베개랑 이불은 청결했고요! 사실 윗층 바닥에 이상한 자국이 있어서 조금 무서웠던 이유도 있었습니다만 보일러가 눌러붙은 자국같아요... 협탁도 먼지가 조금 있어서? 그치만 1층은 청결한 편이었던거 같아요. 아 그리고 스파가 3만원 추가더라구요? 예약페이지랑 공식홈페이지에 안 써있어서 무료인줄 알았는데 욕조...

"It’s not our family’s first time. We probably stay at least two times a year or more, for the last ten years I have been in Korea. Always a good time even though there’s not much in the resort unless you’re a golfer or skier. We always find ways to keep ourselves busy in and out of our room. The staff and services are impeccable.
Our recent stay I left a few of contacts lens and even though I was willing to call it a lost but took a shot of calling and asking them to hold them in lost and found if I ever returned next month. But they offered to ship them to my house the next business day. Amazing! "
"작년 봄~여름 즈음 힐리언스 선마을의 숙박권?을 선물 받아 방문한 적이 있습니다.
그 때 기억이 굉장히 좋게 남아 이번에도 크리스마스 이브에 가족들을 데리고 재방문 하였으나 기대 이하의 상태에 하루 종일 부모님의 불만을 귀에 피가 나도록 들어야 했습니다.
방의 도어락은 고장이 났는지 계속 열리거나 닫는데 문제가 생겨 추운 밖에서 한참을 서있어야 했고, 일이 끝나고 출발하여 6시 50분 쯤 도착할 것 같은데 혹시 저녁 식사가 가능한지 고객센터로 전화하여 여쭈어보았으나 6시 20분 전까지 입장하지 않으면 식사가 어렵다는 답을 들었습니다. 외부에서 식사를 하고 간 뒤, 조식을 먹으면서 식당 직원 분들께 여쭈어보니 전날 7시 반까지 식당을 운영하였다고 전해 들으면서 금액에 포함된 식사마저 즐기지 못해 마음이 크게 불편했습니다. 작년에 가장 마음에 들었었던 사우나는 물 관리가 되지 않아 고여있고, 더러웠습니다. 즐거워야 할 가족과의 크리스마스 이브가 찝찝하게 끝나 마음이 불편합니다. 자연친화적이고 맑은 공기는 좋지만 다음 번 방문은 고려하지 않을 것 같습니다.
