"The owner is out of reach. Everytime you try to reach them by call or text, she's not there, despite the fact that whenever you got connected she's nice and kind enough..
The room floor is way too hot, we had to eventually set the temperature to 14 degrees but still couldn't touch the floor..
The cleanness is ok, and scenary is good tho.

10/10 Excellent
I had chanced upon Oak Valley accidentally, and my stay was unexpectedly solo. Nevertheless, I had an amazing time with the helpfulness of the staff, going the extra mile to help me with my stay, and also additional requests that I had asked of them (including arranging for transport).
Will return, as the ski resort was also a gorgeous one to be at!
