"Extremely disappointing, food was terrible, kept in unsanitary containers with flies landing on the buffet plates. Room service wouldn't answer the phone or hung up when try to call. Staff was extremely rude with attitude and constantly giving us dirty looks for no reason and on day of departure laundry service picking up our laundry late and not having laundry ready on promised time schedule causing us to be forced to leave our clothing items at resort to then be charged $200 for the unsatisfying laundry service. "

"Beautiful property with great beach access and plenty of pools. Lots of food options and most are pretty good! Lunch can be a bit repetitive but theres so much eating throughout the day anyway. Preferred access is worth it if you want some extra perks, including the personal concierge who takes care of everything for you. Highly recommend Dreams Onyx. "

"We had a great time at Lopesan. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay for our family. The rooms and the property are well maintained and consistently clean, which we really appreciated. One thing that would have improved our experience is better communication from the staff about the full range of amenities. We only discovered areas like the Teatro and the water park by chance while walking around. A quick overview at check-in would have helped us make the most of everything the resort has to offer. Since this is a family-friendly resort, it would also be great to see a few more kid-friendly food options. While the food overall was good, having more variety tailored to younger guests would make it even better. The staff were friendly and welcoming, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak dining times. At lunch and dinner, service could be a little slow, and we occasionally had to follow up more than once or grab items ourselves. That said, these were relatively minor points. Overall, our families had an amazing time, and we left with great memories. We would definitely consider coming back!"

"Resort is fully renovated and very well kept. Location is beautiful. Unfortunately given the huge amount of customers, service especially at check in and cleaning especially at the buffet restaurant are not good enough. Sometimes I had the feeling that tipping was the only way to get things done properly."
