"We had an amazing stay at this resort in Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our vacation. We did not know how lucky we were for having booked the family selection package. It was a game changer. This option gave us access to the entire resort (4 different hotels) 12 different restaurants, and our own butler. A special thank you to our butler, Raul and his collegue Rafael, who were attentive, friendly, and always available to help make our stay even more enjoyable. Raul understood that we wanted to have our vacation at our own pace, no rush, no stress, just relaxing, and he really made our stay very enjoyable. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, There were plenty of food options, and we especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the quality of the service. The staff in all the restaurants we visited were amazing, but specially those working at The Nest. These people went above and beyond to make our stay very relaxing. The entertainment team also did a fantastic job keeping guests engaged with fun activities and great evening shows. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we would definitely return. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Punta Cana!"

"Easy check in and check out. Staff was always happy and eager to help. Our kids 8 and 10 loved the kids club. Spent hours in there. Food was great which is unusual for a buffet. Gym wasn’t open yet but they take you to their sister property to use that gym if needed. Nightly shows were Broadway quality. Room service daily. Pool areas and water park were clean with ample seating. They should out more towel stations. Coffee served was quality. We aren’t big on alcohol but when asked for top shelf liquor they did so with no extra charge. We felt safe in and around the resort. The beach was beautiful and just steps from the pool. Unfortunately, due to sargassum problem we didn’t get to enjoy it. The smell was really bad and the water not swim able at all. The staff cleaned the seaweed off the sand every morning but it was in the water as well. We did visit near by Macao beach which had no seaweed but off the beaten path with lots of hagglers a bit dirty. It would be great if the vendors making money off tourists there would get together and push for visitors to clean up after themselves or clean up every hour. We will be back to the resort as overall it was a great experience."
