"Lovely boutique hotel, large suite in new building with great views. On site restaurant and pretty pool (2) areas."

"Great location, and loved the pool area-But very hilly … the mattresses were very uncomfortable. "

"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. "Luxurious apartment newly decorated private living room with excellent kitchen great view silent place at 5th floor with lift ! Reception very helpful thank You Eduardo . Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. Only half minute from alibus stops to airport metro and many buses. Almost at Via Etnea with many shops I will come back as soon as possible . Highly recommend. "

"The location was perfect and the penthouse unit was suburb. Has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. On Saturday night there were a lot of young adult locals partying loud and late in the front parking area which was annoying and disruptive to our sleep "

The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers."

"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"
