"I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead and booked this resort. The place is amazing – super clean and really well kept. The staff honestly deserve 10 stars; everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurants were great too, and the food was delicious. We stayed for a week, and every day there was something new on the menu. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend it!"

"Hotel reception staff were helpful and the property in general was kept to a good standard.
The only issue I had was that the air condition in the room was leaking and when I came into the room after being out it was all over the floor and I nearly fell on my back! I asked the reception if they could get someone to check which I believe on the second time of me complaining someone did come up, but unfortunately it just leaked everywhere again so I was using the towels from the bathroom to soak up the water. "
