"This hotel has a fabulous staff, the service is super efficient, and the kindness is impressive. The only thing I can mention is that sometimes a bad smell came from the bathroom sewer, and they were working on the street at night, which woke me up due to the noise. "Great place to stay. Very tranquil. Service was great. Everyone was extremely polite. Kids clubs kept the kids entertained also. "
"All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well
The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive.
Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants.
Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed.
Overall a very enjoyable stay"

"Omg this olace is incredible. I’ve never been anywhere like it. It’s gorgeous and the rooms are luxurious with their own private pools. The food and breakfast is delicious and the smoothies too! More than anything the staff is incredible I felt totally taken care of and always greeted with a smile and helpfulness. Gusti is truly a gem he helped me immensely on my solo trip. I hope to return there soon. Also super convenient and just gorgeous "
