We booked about an hour before we arrived and we received a call from the owner David who was in France. Conveniently located Rooms are modern as they were recently renovated Breakfast is hearty Though I just stayed for the night it is a well situated property to drive to the sights in the south/southwest of the UK and use it as a base for a driving holiday Owners and staff were lovely as well

Breakfast was good. Water pressure was low. Bathroom in Room 21 was newly renovated. Room a bit congested not able to open suitcase.

We stayed a night before visiting the Bovington Tank Museum the next morning. The owners are very friendly and the food was great. The room, though not in perfect condition, is reasonably comfortable and good enough for a night's stay. Room is a bit cold though.

We were truly in awe of the place! A lot of effort has clearly gone into the décor, with high-quality bedding and thoughtful amenities throughout. We especially appreciated the generous selection of coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room, something you don’t often find in other B&Bs or hotels. Breakfast was personally prepared by the friendly owner, Kathy and was absolutely delicious. We were impressed by the generous portions, right down to the butter and jam! Highly recommended!
