We had issues with our air conditioning. Repairman came up three times staff would not change our room claiming they were fully booked, but they did accommodate us the next day and changed the room. Location was the best able to walk to shows and anything else we wanted to see

Not as described - lots of photos on Expedia of rooftop which is not for guests. No facilities - no water in room - not 4 stars.
