"We always stay in this hotel when we’re in the area. Staff is always friendly and professional. Hotel is clean and room is comfortable. My only complaint is the mattress; it’s time for them to be replaced. The hotel is showing signs of aging and needs some TLC but over all a very nice hotel. They have pool tables. Will continue to be our go to place!! "

"I booked a two bed room. When I arrived, I was told that it was not a guaranteed the room I booked would be available with two beds. I understand if I could not get a window view or a specific side of the building but to say this about a request for 2 beds is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Tell me you don’t have two beds and I would have booked some where else. I never complain but it was the worst night of my night. The best theh could do was provide a cot. I booked two people and for a bed and a cot was not with it. Anyway, they said she can try to get me a two bed room tomorrow, however, once again said it was not a guarantee. The horrible night was enough for me. I booked another location for the additional night. I’ve never experienced this before. Never again. "

"Everything about the hotel was acceptable. Our room is on the first floor and near an entrance, making it very noisy. Next time we stay, we will ask for a different room."

"We stayed here a couple of times previously. The property and rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, this stay provided very little sleep. Between 1 am and 4 am there was such a loud party above us that it disturbed the peace. It was obnoxious. We did report it and hoped it would be heard and managed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. "

"There was no spa, there was some kind of brown/dried red on the floor in front of the bed. The shower the only setting that was working was the jet. "
