    "Best hotel I have ever stayed in the world. The service is out of this world. The room is extremely comfortable. I have travelled and toured the world in the last 30 years often in 4-5 stars hotels. I must say that the Fairmont Peace will remain very special in my memory. It is worth the splurge. Also it has the best location if you want to walk around the Bund."

    "The hotel is pretty old in general and sort of poorly maintained. First is the blackout curtain was not properly postioned in the slot, it woke me up as soon as the sun rises. Then nearly half of the sockets are too loose to use. Can you believe the socket for the hair dryer is unuseable????? I have to plug it to a socket outside the washroom that's near the floor area.... This is really subpar as a Banyan Tree..."
