"The 2 bedroom villa accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. Having a kitchen and laundry in the room was great. The garden view was beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and it is very quiet and relaxing. The pool on the vacation club side of the property was nice and not very crowded. The beach front pool area was amazing! You can rent cabanas and bungalows for the day from 8-5 (tip: they are 1/2 price if you reserve half way through the day if there are any left). Once you’re poolside or beachside make sure to check in at the window so you get a wristband so the staff knows you are a hotel guest. You can order food and drinks from the poolside restaurant. That was amazing! You can also rent beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and surf boards.
All of the staff we encountered were very welcoming, polite and tentative. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kauai. We will definitely be back!"
"Rooms were dialed, staff was helpful, Ocean view room worth it, food & bar downstairs on point, gym exquisite, common area kick back area with family priceless"
"This property is very enjoyable if you like unique historical cabins. The cabins are very old and remind you of times gone by.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. This side of the island is dry so it's the area to go to if you don't like rain. The wrap around deck, kitchen and the A/C are all nice amenities. The grounds are well kept up as well. We will stay there again if we get to go back to Kauai. Enjoy the Mangos that have fallen from the trees on the property."
"We had extremely loud upstairs neighbors. Rhey got home every night around 10 PM and kept us up almost every night. Their kids were running, jumping and very loud!
We spoke to the front desk twice, but nothing was resolved.
We finally resorted to banging on the ceiling.
That is our only complaint, otherwise the property was beautiful, clean and well maintained."
"Staff was great at check in - friendly and personable. Room was ready earlier at 3pm so we were able to rest. Great location, close to tennis & golf club house. We walked in the evenings after dinner. The wind flow was great in the unit - we opened all windows, even at night. The only no so good thing is there's no door to the toilet in one of the bathrooms. It was a wide open bedroom, with sink, shower & toilet that has no door for privacy. The shower is also open which splashed water onto the floor, in front of sink. Need a door to toilet for privacy - even though we were husband & wife sharing room, I would still like to have a door. That was the only drawback of the unit."
