Was in a hurry to book and didn’t check everything. We also were not informed about breakfast. The room was super dusty I had to go to the clinic to get medicine for my allergies. The sheets looked fresh though. The towel rack was hanging loose in the bathroom (broken). Was hard to communicate.
I have already blew some of the dust off! If they clean right, the hotel is not bad.

Avoid this place ! I rarely leave negative reviews but I am complelled to warn others. This hotel is right in the middle of the 'all night party area' of PyeongTaek. Screaming, yelling, drinking, loud talk, etc...most all evening and early morning. The neighbors on adjoining and upstairs rooms, sounded like they were practicing Sumo wrestling. Staff was gone most of the time and after 5 pm, forget getting any help. The one time, we did get someone to answer the phone, they spoke no English. No instructions on how to log into the wi fi and it failed the first night with nobody to help. I had to use another vacant wi fi from a different room to get any internet. Only got two bags of tea to start with..no coffee, sweetener, or milk. Room was not cleaned the following day, trash emptied, bed made up, no replenishment of tea...nothing done at all. Could not get the tv to work...again, no help from the staff. No coffee or tea in the lobby area at all. Would never stay again and would never recommend this place to anyone !

여자 사장님께서 어메니티도 그렇고 체크인 시간도 유연하게 배려해주셔서 너무 편하게 쉬다 가요! 일본 느낌도 나는데 깨끗하고 바닥도 따뜻해서 너무 좋았습니다. :) 역이랑도 되게 가깝고 편의점도 바로 앞에 있어서 다음에 또 투숙하고 싶어요!
