"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast. Room was clean and very nice. I did ask for housekeeping one day and it never showed. I was here for 6 days, so some fresh sheets etc. would have been nice. But overall an great stay. "

"We always love staying @RIU when we come to NYC. The staff is all kind and helpful. Shout out to Mery checking us in. My only issues were the keys didn't work for the elevator 3 trips to the front desk. Then the room key didn't work another trip to front desk. The food in dining room was luke warm. I don't know how you fix that? Coffee hot with warm milk.
