"Clean and professional "

"Marriot Marquis is a safe hotel. You have to go through metal detectors and scan personal items similar to the airport every time you enter the hotel. Even though it’s a busy hotel being in the City Center with various events the staff takes the time to remember your name. Everyone is very polite and businesslike. Shout out to Amir and other staff at the Concierge Desk that helped arrange our tours. The hotel is strategically located just across from the Metro Red Line and you can go anywhere in the City with the Metro. The design of the hotel is genious. From the second floor it leads into a shopping Mall with lots of eating places, stores including a large supermarket and the Metro Bridge that takes you over to the Metro Red line. You can buy a day pass for 6 riyals or $US 1.65 equivalent and use it all day to travel all around the City. Uber is very cheap also. We paid the equivalent of US $15 for airport transfer back to the airport. Don’t use the hotel airport transfer if you have Uber app. It’s about 10 times as much. We used it when we arrived but quickly learned that uber was way less expensive. We were on the 32nd floor and the view of the City especially at nights was amazing. We never got a chance to use the hotel restaurants since the food court at the adjoining Mall had some good resturants. For breakfast we particularly loved the 24 hr IHOP at the food court Overall a great hotel that I would book again if I’m ever in Doha again. "

"Absolutely Amazing Stay at Pullman West Bay, Doha I recently stayed at the Pullman West Bay Hotel in Doha, and my experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were outstanding - super helpful, polite, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Jacob who was there when I first arrived. He went above and beyond to help me cancel my breakfast add-on with no hassle at all. He also was very helpful in providing me directions. Every staff member I encountered, from reception to housekeeping, was professional, respectful, and full of good energy. The hotel itself is in a beautiful and very convenient location. There’s a mall and plenty of shops nearby, plus fast delivery services. The metro station is right around the corner, which made getting around Doha really easy. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping team took such great care of it - even when I hadn’t asked, they made sure everything was neat and tidy. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The vibe, the service, the location -everything was perfect. If I ever return to Doha, I’ll definitely be staying at the Pullman West Bay again. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else!"

"Your staff represent the St Regis Hotel brand, when they do it this well you must be delighted they work for you ! There can be few hotels globally that make you feel so welcome, the St Regis Doha Qatar is one of them. From the moment we arrived, the St Regis staff have gone above and beyond to make you welcome with impeccable levels of service throughout the hotel. The hotel room was amazing, with a nightly turn-down service. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge selection of beautifully presented dishes. I must mention Maged (Food & Beverage Manager) from breakfast at the Vine Restaurant who was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We spent everyday by the huge swimming pool (biggest hotel pool in Qatar). A few staff members we must express our sincere thanks to who helped us poolside were Sahan, Hashen, Chathu, PD, Kendi Damith Satyam and Jane….. just brilliant staff, they are an asset to the hotel. Finally we give a special mention to Roula (Director of Guest Experience) who very kindly reached out before our arrival via WhatsApp to ensure everything was smooth then greeted us everyday checking we were happy during our stay. We leave this hotel today but 110% we’ll be back."
