"The staff are a real credit to the hotel! Those at Vine restaurant (Yoonus, Alma, Basit, Jacqueline), Faith at Astor Grill, Amine at guest relations, Thesse at Sarab Lounge. Gabriel at the front entrance! What an amazing bunch of people. Nothing was too much for anyone! The food was of top quality, breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the surroundings were lush! There is a mixed gym and female only gym available which was very welcome and sauna, steam room available in the changing areas of the gym. The Butler service was an awesome added touch where 2 pieces of clothing were ironed on a daily basis. Checking was seamless. Nadine was super helpful. Room was large, lots of amenities. An issue with rowdy guests making noise in the night was resolved very quickly. A fantastic stay overall. Don't just think about coming to the hotel, book it!"

"The rooms are big and spacious, with beautiful décor. Each room has its own walk-in dressing room with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was good, although the service can be slow after around 9:30am, especially at weekends. The SPA facilities are good, but they are spread across four floors, which can be quite inconvenient. The swimming pools are also all 1.5 metres deep, so they are not really suitable for young children. Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Dinner is from 5pm to 11pm, with a set menu rather than a buffet. This is a great option, as the food is excellent. You can choose between Latin American cuisine on the 5th floor and Chinese cuisine on the 44th floor. The front-door staff and housekeeping team are excellent. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Check-in is not as smooth if you arrive during the night or early morning. The experience is not quite the same as checking in during the day. Overall, our stay was great, and we would definitely return."

"I had such An amazing stay! Natasha was able to book me in and Basel helped me over WhatsApp! I was so nervous to arrive as I had so many bags and wasn’t sure if any taxi would be willing to take me but they reassured me that at the airport all the taxis were SUV’s. They even gave me an options of arranging a vehicle but explained how much it was going to cost vs if I just got a taxi outside the airport. All the staff in the building were very kind and accommodating! Such a clean room! I would say the bathroom was a little smaller than I assumed to a standard size bathroom but the lightening when doing my makeup was so great! Also the view was stunning they gave us a city view! Loved my short but sweet stay!"
