"We choose this property due to its convenient location to the bus station. Buses into the Old Town run regularly. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean, staff were friendly and included breakfast was nice. "

"The hotel is walking distance to the castle, old town, etc but also far enough away that there is onsite parking and an elevator for easy access. Rooms are spacious and bright, clean and well appointed! Ask for a balcony facing the park! Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast is located next door and has everything you need!"

"This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Albania, especially considering the price. It’s a lovely, modern hotel in a quiet area, and honestly, the photos online don’t do it justice – management should definitely update them because the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast had a good selection, and our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and although a little small, it was perfectly comfortable for two people. The pool area was really nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It would have been a bonus if the hotel served evening meals, but there are a few restaurants within walking distance, and the centre is just a short drive or taxi ride away. The only downside was the area near the additional parking. After a thunderstorm on our last night, the ground turned muddy, and when I walked to the car, the clay stuck to my shoes and made a mess on the tiled floor. I felt awful, but one of the staff immediately came with a hose, cleaned my shoes, and sorted the floor! It would just be great if that area were paved to avoid issues like this in the future."

"The property is new with nice amenities. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also great. It's also close to the beach. The check in and check out process was smooth. Underground parking was available. Gerti, the manager of the Valza hotel was very welcoming and accommodating."
