"False advertising! Stay away! This hotel is not at the airport as indicated. The pickup location was at the domestic terminal, 15 mins away by shuttle bus that i had to wait 15 mins for. Once there, difficult to find driver. 25+ mins trip away from airport to hotel. This is not located at the airport as indicated. Refused to refund extra nights when i left early as i needed to be at airport for early flight, and did not want to have to wrestle with unhelpful staff. Breakfast buffet terrible - poor selection in western and chinese quisine - more like school camp breakfast"
"Rooms were quite horrible . Not maintained properly. Behind dressers and under be was filthy. Rooms all had bad odor. Wasn't a good experience. However staff was great and helpful they made me feel welcomed. They tried to accommodate me changing my room location 3 times due to odor in room . Thanks to staff"
