最差劲的体验！

先说好订网这个平台真的是让人无语，每次出现问题打电话好久才有客服接通，不知道是怎么和酒店对接的，跑到前台办理入住一个小时多找不到订单，好订网客服连预订部电话都打不通。晚上吃完饭回到酒店沙发，床一屋子虫子，联系前台换房态度极度恶劣！最后主动跑去前台还是让等着，前台人员眼睛看不见么，我们是抱着婴儿带着老人，还一味的让我们等着，从八点发现的虫子，一直到晚上九点多才开始操作换房，没有原来的房型不管你同意不就直接给你换成别的房型没有解释没有商量，前台还拉个脸，这都什么玩意！从入住到换房，前台解决问题效率低，态度恶劣！实在让人太生气！再说早餐，餐厅很小，人多根本就吃不到，都在抢，包子端出来秒光！一次最失败的选择！最差劲的体验！

Had a difficult time locating hotel cos Chinese name didn’t match the one we booked online. Our local driver couldn’t even locate it. Furthermore there were no English name displayed outside. And It was quite a walk to the block where our room was located
