Handicap access was terrible. Ramp access to parking lot limited. Entrance to guest room required help. Bathroom very small.
Housekeeping was terrible. No aheets, blankets or extra pillows for pullout couch. No kleenex, paper towels, silverware or dishes for kitchen. Trash and towels were picked up midweek but had to go to front desk for new towels and trash can liner"

Cons: property and room need extensive maintenance and updating. Live roach in bathroom; old stain on sheet. Towels very old in appearance. No breakfast, even simple continental."

"The hotel was nice but needs some tender love and care. Our room was clean but lacking a hair dryer and the pod carrier for the coffee was gone. My husband used the fitness room but there was nothing to wipe down the equipment and it was sticky. No sanitizer either. Breakfast was meager but fine. "
