"I would definitely stay here again but the major con is the difficulty finding anyone at the front desk. Also socks get dirty walking on floors so cleaning is not as effective as ideal. Had a smoke alarm go off at 4:15am one day but staff did not communicate cause. Some residents thought it was from illegal cooking but who knows. Smoke smell in room lasted until the next morning."

"Staff was very helpful and attentive. The lobby and dinning area was very nice. Offered shuttle service to Busch Gardens. Rooms were kind of outdated. Water pressure was weak. Curtains in room were terrible. Let in most of the light from early in the morning. Black out curtains did not close all the way, and left a massive open light source into room. Breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea and conscience products were definitely a plus. "
